One of my all time favorite skin care products 🙌🏻 This is not hyperbole, folks. I bought this for the first time last year and I liked it right off the bat, but always searching for the magic bullet that will make me look 25 again, I tried a few other products after my first bottle ran out. After a few months, I decided to buy my second bottle. You’d think I had learned my lesson at that point, right? Wrong, after my second bottle ran out, I went down the rabbit hole again 🤦🏻♀️ I have now just purchased my third bottle and I don’t plan on running out before buying another bottle again.

Let me just tell you all the ways I use this, because it really hits the mark on so many levels.
I use it under my foundation as a primer. It hydrates my face, helps the makeup stick, and provides a natural more subtle glow
I mix it with my foundation when I want lighter coverage, it kicks the glow up a notch while also giving me just enough coverage to even my skin tone
I dab a small dot of it on my upper cheek bones, a tiny amount on the bridge of my nose and under the arch of my eyebrows. I end up with the perfect amount of glow at the high points of my face
While other skin care products do, eventually, make your skin glow and look fresh and bright, it takes a while to get to that point. With the Watermelon Glow Dew Drops you see results immediately, it’s like a makeup and skin care product all in one. It feels a bit sticky when you first put it on but don’t let that turn you off, it soaks in very quickly and doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky residue. And, it has a very pleasant watermelon scent, but not too overpowering. And, for my fellow Gen X ladies, it plumps the skin, minimizing wrinkles. But, I don’t want to set the wrong expectation or lie to you, it will not fill in every wrinkle, it does not make jowls disappear, it will not lift hooded eyelids. What I did notice almost immediately was that my face looked more awake, perkier, fresher and I was loving my makeup. What I didn’t know until my first bottle ran out, was that it was making a bigger difference than I realized, a difference I didn’t notice until I wasn’t using it for a while.
I honestly cannot recommend this product enough. I absolutely love it. This isn’t the only product from Glow Recipe that I use and love, but that’s for another day and another post.
